What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Probably a lot, none that stand out.
What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Listen to people who are more experienced than you, and soak up all the information you can.
Do you currently have a workout partner?
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
If you need a spot, it always helps to have a partner you're familiar with.
