TEMPLARKNIGHT

"Losing 165lbs, getting down to my lean body mass of 275lbs. I've had some good progress, (lost 22lbs, gained and inch on the biceps) but I'm not satisfied. I will keep pressing on. Short term goal= 395lbs 01/15/10"
