TEMPLARKNIGHT

Thanks for the encouragement. I'm doing good. My goal is to keep the weight coming off steadily. I figure by next year this time, I should have reach my final goal. It's tough, but it's worth it.

I was soooo far off the charts when I initially starting with my measurements. My bodyfat percentage of 53% in the beginning was dead wrong. I'm on track now with the correct math, so I won't be making critical mistakes like that again.

Keep up the good work man. I have found that as long as you have a good diet, a good workout, time and consistency, you will reach your goal. Think about it like this, When a sculptor begins their masterpiece, they start off with a big mass of stone.
