Goal (Long):
To shred.....get my body fat down between 15-20%. Get back to my competitive weight of 275.
My water intake is getting easier by the day. In the beginning drinking 40oz of water was hard, but now I'm doing a gallon easy. I never took time to realize how much better I would feel if I just did the right things.
Changing it up now. Moving from the Full Body routines to splits.
Sunday,Tuesday and Thursday= Cardio and Splits
Wednesday, Friday and Saturday=Cardio and Abs
Sunday-Chest, Tri's and abs
Cardio 20 minutes
Bench Press 3 sets 12-15 reps

If there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance please feel free to give me a yell. Stay strong, focused and determined.
I was soooo far off the charts when I initially starting with my measurements. My bodyfat percentage of 53% in the beginning was dead wrong. I'm on track now with the correct math, so I won't be making critical mistakes like that again.
