I decided that I had gone too long being overweight. I figured that it was as good as time as any to get on track and start getting in shape.
Why I Love It:
I always feel great when I work out and have a lot more energy throughout the entire day. I recently took up running in races as a way to get in more cardio.
How I Stay Motivated:
By starting to see results...feeling so much better when I stay active!

This is my first entry here...I am just starting this whole process and can't wait to see some results. I am very commited to this and feel this is finally the time that I am going to accomplish my goals.
Same here. The eating clean has been the most difficult for me. I look forward to lifting but not so much with the cardio. I really need to be better about doing ALL my cardio.
