It started out with tuning cars, I then told myself that "If I could tune cars, Why not devote the same amount of energy to tuning my physique..."
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling... the explosiveness right before you lift your max set with your music pumping through your ears and you feel this surge of rage and focus. The soreness after haha trying to get out from the couch after doing leg day and most of all right when you are at the verge of fatigue and you get your second wind its amazing!
How I Stay Motivated:
I challenge to out-do myself everyday at work and at the gym. I understand that this is NOT an overnight thing and only through hard work and dedication and consistency will I see the awesome gains and results I have set for myself.
BB Accomplishments:
My arms are starting to show definition as well with my chest and traps... I see little abdominal muscles pop out I just need to pump out more cardio to shed fat.

Month 3 Week 1 of the Rock Hard Challenge. I hit my goal weight of 180lbs @ 5'6"
Goal (Long):

January - March, we are doing the M&F's Red, white, & huge challenge.
*All my life I never thought of physical fitness as my #1, coming from the Philippines my parents always told me to focus on academics. Long story short I have only been introduced to the world of P.T. 5 years ago... My friends an I started doing a gym regimen and all was good, but we lacked consistency and lost our momentum... Now I am back with renewed spirit and a 200% drive to push forward... Maybe its because I know I will be leaving for USAF in the next year or maybe because I know that I need to do this for Me. I have been consistent for a month and a half now and as a 5'6" asian male I am going to push to be around 200 Lbs at 15% body fat... This is no easy feat and I know it will take some time so I am giving myself 18 months starting October 2008.
