How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Strength-5 to 7 reps
Size-8 to 12 reps unless i'm doing legs it goes up to 15 reps

one to two minutes.
Strength-2 minutes--need to restore ATP to the muscles
Size-1 minute--to overload the muscles
