Workout Program:
I alternate these 2 splits every week. first split is all heavy weighted movements while the second split is mainly higher rep 12-15 reps type GH releasing workouts. I only have 2 carb up days in the week. The other days are 10 to 20grams of carbs only. I do cardio almost everday and train abs every other day. If I do weigts in the mourning i do cardio at night, vice versa.
