When I Started:
Sep, 2001
How I Started:
Id been fat my whole life and always had the underlying desire to be better then what I was. My sophmore year of high school I finally got a to better myself due to the fact that id gotten a chance to go to a high school that had a gym. From then on I set out on my journey to mold the best physique i could. quickly learning that embarking on my journey without knowledge would get me little to no progress, i begin to read any peace of bodybuilding literature I could get my hands on.
Why I Love It:
As intelligent and knowleadgable as I like to believe I am, I am also essentially very vain when it comes to my outter appearance and having big muscles is simply put, the only way I want to look. I love bodybuilding because it allows me a way to express myself, a perfect outlet for my frustrations.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing others with like goals is very motivating for me and overall the feeling i get daily when i see bits and peices of my hard work start to pay off little by little.
To maintain 9% bf year round and add slabs of muslce why doing so. To always be big and lean, never been both at the same time.
Goal (Long):
For someone to call them self a bodybuilder and train as long and hard and I, I realized I was using the term loosly. I mean all aspects of my diet and nutrition were tight. My trainging progress was on point but even after six years I had never once got to the point where I could see my abs clearly. Recently "definition", or the quest for it has made me more and more inclined to call myself a "bodybuilder" I mean after all, whats the point of having all this mass and shape if I never once take the time to shed the dead weight that obscures it and actualize my true potential. I believe that is what bodybuilding is all about bringing yourself to your own personal peak of physical perfection and saying "This is me at my best". Well I plan to make it to that day soon, And by god when I make it I shall maintain that conditioning as long as possible. I hope to get to 7% bodyfat by april or so.
I alternate these 2 splits every week. first split is all heavy weighted movements while the second split is mainly higher rep 12-15 reps type GH releasing workouts. I only have 2 carb up days in the week. The other days are 10 to 20grams of carbs only. I do cardio almost everday and train...
