Sure. What would you like to know? I took a scoop of 250 and a tablespoon of CM 30 min before working out and then a tablespoon of ONLY cm 30 min after.
Creatine is good stuff. The BSN stuff I take contains it. I can tell the difference from a workout with to one without. There’s a creatine table I couldn’t find saying how much to take so try and find that. I use micronized creatine because it gets into the body faster. I’m kind of always on the go. Hey sorry its taken me a while I've been slacking on here. I love the hydroxycut Hardcore. I've been taking it since they came out with it. I really can't say its helped me to cut to much but the extra energy I love.
Hey bud! I hardly ever do serious cardio. My low bf% is due to dieting. I currently work out 2 days on, 1 day off. Each workout is really intense and to point of failure. I drink a lot of MRP's instead of solid meals. Hope this helps buddy...In Christ, Gert
Thanks man, but imo the 6 day split is gonna hard to keep doing if you have a lot of other things to do, but I try to. Also the rest is kinda bad sometimes, it shud get better in a week or so tho, but yea try it.

in regards to the superpump and whey: I use them all at different times of the day. The whey is a good source of protien that can be taken with other food, cuz it doesn't have a lot of calories or carbs. Unlike the cytogainer, which i usually take by itself for a "meal". The superpump works good. No complaints their. I can give you a detailed plan of what my diet is like, just let me know. Later, and good luck!
