How I Started:
I just started on my own. I wanted to better myself not only physically but mentally as well.
Why I Love It:
Because it relieves the stress that is placed on me from day to day. it is one of those activities where you get what you put in.
How I Stay Motivated:
watch weight lifting videos on youtube, track my progress and record it, make hitting the gym on a daily basis one of my top goals.
