I'm not taking any regular supplement - Tried shakes and creatine, but never notice a big difference - Maybe I did sth wrong.
Working out 3-5 times a week, depending on the time I have. Usually for 1h30, changing every week the order in the muscle groups I do.

Well... I'd like to get back to my max at the bench, and to cut a bit now I've added a little mass.
It's hard for me to move my weight 1kg up or down, and when I do, I'm never satisfied - either I get the impression I'm gaining fat, or I'm loosing muscle mass...
