How I Started:
My dad wanted to get in the shape of his youth and took me with him to the gym, when I was about 15 years old. I trained a couple of days a week on and off, but havn't really been training seriously until about a year ago.
Why I Love It:
I'm hooked on bodybuilding!

hey buddy i am 6 tall and about obliques...well i do them on Lever 45° Side Bend exercieses 4 sets on a side and 4 sets on the other side like 25 reps. I hope it will work for you also.
