I read Bill Phillips body for life 3 years ago and did a 12 week challenge. I loved it, had awesome results, but quit.
Why I Love It:
I feel so strong and like I can do anything. My wo's always seem to shake whatever "bad" feelings I may be having and I always feel so good afterwards.
How I Stay Motivated:
I belong to buffmother.com which has been an amazing source of encouragement!

What a wakeup call. I was so disgusted with myself-I had to make a change. I started taking my wo's seriously and eating clean.
I've got a little change, things are looking up. I know I've definately gotten stronger.
Thank you so very much for wishing Judi a Happy Birthday. She sure was surprised and after seeing all the congratulatory comments it didn’t take long for her to become emotional and cry tears of happiness. It couldn’t have come at a better time because she is experiencing some severe symptoms from her Lupus and has had to temporarily back off weightlifting which has caused her to feel (although she won’t admit it) a bit depressed. Your words helped cheer her up.
God bless you.
I just thought that I would drop you a line to tell you that my wife, and your friend (bodyspace: judimax) is having a birthday on Saturday April 5th and is turning 48. I think she looks fantastic for not only 48 but for any age, but then again I am biased. If you get a chance she would be surprised (and love it) if you would drop by and wish her a Happy Birthday.
I wish you much success in achieving your goals. Challenge yourself to be the best that you can be, nothing more but nothing less and you will reap the rewards of all of your hard work. Smile, and enjoy the journey. I look forward to watching you progress in ’08.
Dedication to get up at 4 am to do cardio. I think I'm doing well if I get to the gym before 10 am. Glad that you're able to make the time at lunch to get some weights in. Makes life seem so much better doesn't it?
I hope that you're still having a great recovery from surgery. It is such a bummer when health issues stop your training. I know as I'm struggling with my health (lupus) so that I've not been to the gym in awhile and feels like forever. Have a great weekend and get out walking.
I wish you much success and know that you have it in you to do this. I too did the Body for Life Challenge and from there I have continued on and I don't think I could stop even if I wanted to. If there is anything that I can do to be of assistance give me a yell.
haha.... well, Im working on the getting really strong part. I can't do pullups to save my soul right now (Don't tell anyone), thanks for the compliment tough! Good luck reaching all your goals! Something tells me you'll turn out great! :)
