yea i definately am! i did 365x5 on barbell rows like 4 weeks ago... with bad form though haha i didnt drop the bar past my knee caps! i did 315x5 last week with good form and omg so much harder =P checkout my workout videos when i post them up

yea im taking today off.. but idk if im goin to train lats at apple or world yet... if i can find a spot to do those long bar rows at world ill go there! another thing its way cooler in there and the music is better haha... and i dont think they follow that grunt rule... if i can get my workout partner there.. i'll prolly be there all the time
