How I Started:
Well when i realized i could build some muscle.... Researching the proper ways of lifting, exercises, and proper eating habits.. I eventually became obsessed!
Why I Love It:
I love the Feeling, the Adrenaline rush after putting those diehard knee wraps on then just squatting some heavy ass weight! YEEA BUDDAY It feels like a drug it does but its my own drug muhahaha =^D
How I Stay Motivated:
I know that the Harder i push myself in and out of the gym.. its all going to pay off!

Squatt without (tight)kneewraps: 395x2
Lats: 43.25 inch
Clean: 185
Front Squats: 280x6
Incline Bench : 225x2

if you dont know what a 2week cycle is and you take pre-workout and creatine type suppls. you should listen up! Its where you lay off all suppls. except protein powder or multi-vitamin etc..for 2 weeks... purpose is to flush all the creatine and crap out of your system and make your body not...
Got to win a pro qualifier show. Got to requalify for Nationals next year. Than might take off to do them in 2010. Got to see where i am after this year shows though.
There events for people in college only so under same demands and pressures... Wanted to do one when i was in school but didn't get the chance. Tore my pec.
