How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
If I'm dieting/contest prepping, 1 minute. Keeps the heart rate elevated and the body cranking.
If I'm bulking, 2-3 minutes. Gives me long enough to recover and move a heavier weight next set.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
6-12. First set is around 12 to feel the muscle working and guage my strength. Second set is usually around 6-8 to keep feeling the muscle and pack on the weight and breat the muscle down.

What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
It has to be a place that has the equipment you need to achieve your goals and a group of members who share in some of those goals.
