To return to the Stage in June 2010 as a light heavweight and better conditioned than I was this season.
Goal (Long):
After my fisrt taste of competing this season I will take this off season to learn even more, grow even bigger and stay in better shape. I want to come back to the CT State Championships in 2010 and really wow everyoone with my improvements.
I will come back next year bigger, more experienced and in even better condition.
Over the year i want to finally break 300 on my bench press, 400 on my squat and 500 on my deadlift.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
If I'm dieting/contest prepping, 1 minute. Keeps the heart rate elevated and the body cranking.
If I'm bulking, 2-3 minutes. Gives me long enough to recover and move a heavier weight next set.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
6-12. First set is around 12 to feel the muscle working and guage my strength. Second set is usually around 6-8 to keep feeling the muscle and pack on the weight and breat the muscle down.

What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
It has to be a place that has the equipment you need to achieve your goals and a group of members who share in some of those goals.
A power lifter will not go far in a family fitness center who discourages extremely heavy lifting for the fear it will bother other members. It has to be a place that has the equipment you need to achieve your goals and a group of members who share in some of those goals.
