How I Started:
I got tired of not being one of the guys who was proud to take off his shirt. So that motivated to start.
Why I Love It:
It helps me deal with stress. Lifting calms me. Also, it is completely in my control. If I want to improve, I have to show more dedication.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at the magazines. They show what I can accomplish if I keep working at it.
