How I Started:
I got tired of not being one of the guys who was proud to take off his shirt. So that motivated to start.
Why I Love It:
It helps me deal with stress. Lifting calms me. Also, it is completely in my control. If I want to improve, I have to show more dedication.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at the magazines. They show what I can accomplish if I keep working at it.

Hi Tim. I'm doing ok. Can't complain. Just had a really bad day at work and I'm so ready to hit the gym hard today to work out all the stress. But overall I'm doing ok. Just need to fine tune my diet a bit more. Any progress with you?

Good progress so far, Tim. Keep at it. Magazines are good (I love Men's Health especially), but just remember that beauty should not be determined by the models you see in them.

Hey man, good luck with the bulk. I am training hard with my trainer. I am just trying to remember how to do all the exercises and get a program going. I might do a bulk in a few months. Right now I am just focusing on leaning out and building foundational muscle. Have a good week, bro.
