Training has been good for the most part... I threw up bad twice friday night-saturday morning. Don't know what made me sick, On sunday I was 4 pounds lighter (not good. I'm hoping that I've replenished my glycogen stores, cause monday's workout didn't go so well. btw... awesome progress, man. keep up the good work. 5% bf will be tough, but I'm sure you will get there.
