How I Started:
In Jul ’06 I weighed 230lbs and bought my first 3x t-shirt and decided enough was enough. That’s when I started a diet and began working out. In Oct '06 I got more serious and started working out on a regular basis.

Goal (Long):
When I first started weight lifting I had a 5 year goal to be in good physical condition by the time I turned 50. In nearly 3 years I've lost weight and made some muscular gains which has motivated me even more. Now I'm determined to acquire the strength and physique I desire to obtain the TOTAL PACKAGE!
Andrew inspires me because he's the only one I know on this site who started off using just body strength. NO WEIGHTS! That's phenominal! He does planche exercises which are very difficult. He also encourages and motivates me to stick to my goals. And likewise...I can count on him to rate my pics even though they aren't always a great as I'd like them to be.
I've replaced my AM weights with some cardio recently and have slightly gotten addicted to it. The rest of the training, supps, food, and life is the same as I find myself catching up on work.
Man, I'm always online but yeah, I probably am MIA. I've been all caught up in this work and everything. Its been a trip.
LOL...man. Let me know when you find out how to buy a pair, so I can turn mine in for a set of new and bigger ones...lol. Happy 4th to you as well T-Bone.
Thanks T! Hope you and yours are having a wonderful Holiday. I'm still hanging in there with the diet. Trying to see how much more I can bring out the pecs. I will be eating some of the things I like this weekend, but not a lot of anything. Great hearing from you. Keep up your hard work.
Thanks bro, I am working hard to make it happen myself. Just trying to get registered for fall classes and taking a full load. You can do it and I know you are going to feel great when you get down to where you want to be.
34......i am still wearing them but they are suppppper big.....im down like 31ish maybe 30ish ...........i cant be out hangin and kickin it gotta get stage ready! see ya soon
