Goal (Long):
When I first started weight lifting I had a 5 year goal to be in good physical condition by the time I turned 50. In nearly 3 years I've lost weight and made some muscular gains which has motivated me even more. Now I'm determined to acquire the strength and physique I desire to obtain the TOTAL PACKAGE!
One of my closest personal friends on this site since Oct '08. He's been by my side through some tough times. He's made an AMAZING transformation. He's serious about reaching his goals. I'm ALWAYS inspired by him and he continues to motivate me. I dare you to match his drive and determination! Can't wait to see him compete. He's a 1st Place Winner in the making! Thx for everything Dr. Andrew! T
One of my personal friends since I joined this site in Oct '08. Our stats are similar and I told him long ago that he was my competition. To begin bodybuilding later in life he understands the struggle of trying to lose weight and gain muscle simultaneously. He's done a fantastic job at it and looks great! He represents us over 45 guys well! Always there to encourage and motivate me and others. I appreciate your sincerity and keeping it real Kevin.
lmao, you sure took that the wrong way. There was nothing about giving up said. If you took it that way, then you weren't supposed to.
LMAO, I'm just lazy. :-)
What's good T? I only slowed my role while going throuh a few changes, already on the re-bound.I'm only frustrated the my wrist is stiff, yet I'm going to keep on working with it outside therapy to get as much as possible out of it. Thanks for shouting out.
Sorry about the flooding. Happy that the insurance will cover it! It has to be frustrating nevertheless. Glad to hear that you are hitting the workouts in the midst of your inconveniences. Keep pushing!
Hah, I've been a straight up slacker. I'm hoping this week will be the week that I return in full effect and get all of my training done as intensely as possible. :-)
If its not, I might have to close my account.
we are having parallel lives. I'll be in training in 2 weeks to get my database. I'm going to a bootcamp - cramming weeks of training into 4.5 days. It'll be intense. What was the reaction at work from you getting certified?
Kudos on your success. I'm sure that it's a relief to have the certification so you can put this behind you. Did you have a chance to enjoy any of Chicago?
Congratulations on your success! Plus you got all of your workouts in! Time for a little R & R! I find it interesting that EVERYTHING one does professionally has to be validated by a "certification." LOL! It would appear that being able to do a job effectively would be validation enough!
Thanks for the encouragement! I believe that I need to pursue Physical Training! I can combine my counseling skills and knowledge to create something "unique." Congratulations on your first exam! I'm sure you will do as well on the next one!
LOL...yeah a litle quiet. I'm back though. Took a week off and had to find my motivation. This week of working out got me mad sore...Oh man...the pain that's associated with not working out can make a grown man cry...lol. Things are good. I'm actually getting ready for my 6th workout this week.
I'm my worst critic. I've taken a few new shots and wasn't really impressed. I guess I'm waiting for something more dramatic to post. I should take a camera to the gym. Rain, rain, go away.
LOL T, I the corn was harvested a couple of weeks ago! I wanted to take photographs in the woods, but it was rainy and dark. Thanks for the encouraging words. Hopefully, as I get prepped for a new career this page will get me some work! Pretty much lost my job last week! I'm hanging in! How did your classes and exams go?
