Goal (Long):
When I first started weight lifting I had a 5 year goal to be in good physical condition by the time I turned 50. In nearly 3 years I've lost weight and made some muscular gains which has motivated me even more. Now I'm determined to acquire the strength and physique I desire to obtain the TOTAL PACKAGE!
A PRIME EXAMPLE! This brother is living proof that if you put your mind to it you can do it! I easily get motivated just by viewing his profile. He's always uplifting in his comments to me. I admire his determination to reach his goals. Can't wait to see him compete! Hint! Thanks for all that you do to inspire me to go for it. T
One of my personal friends since I joined this site in Oct '08. Our stats are similar and I told him long ago that he was my competition. To begin bodybuilding later in life he understands the struggle of trying to lose weight and gain muscle simultaneously. He's done a fantastic job at it and looks great! He represents us over 45 guys well! Always there to encourage and motivate me and others. I appreciate your sincerity and keeping it real Kevin.
I'm targeting Dec 11th to retake the exam. I've got today and Sat. off from training. I hit it hard this wk in anticipation of my time off. The old man is aching LOL. Have a great weekend T. --Kevin
you and Andrew are killing me with being in the great outdoors. Looking good bro. The waist is steadily improving. Kudos. I didn't pass my certification test :( I'll retake this month. If you have any words of wisdom, I'm all ears.
T, you know I'm liking that profile pic! Nothing like being in the great outdoors taking pics in November. LOL! I was out today. I was so glad to see the sun after Ida did her thing her in Virginia. Looking good sir!
T,
I have been off the site for a minute. Man CONGRATULATIONS! Dude your looking good! Continued success to you.
* Great legs in the profile shot dude!
T, how are things sir? Haven't had a workout since Wednesday. The weather has been too bad even for me. LOL! Hopefully, I will be able to get a good workout in later today! Hope all is well with you and yours!
lmao, you sure took that the wrong way. There was nothing about giving up said. If you took it that way, then you weren't supposed to.
LMAO, I'm just lazy. :-)
What's good T? I only slowed my role while going throuh a few changes, already on the re-bound.I'm only frustrated the my wrist is stiff, yet I'm going to keep on working with it outside therapy to get as much as possible out of it. Thanks for shouting out.
Sorry about the flooding. Happy that the insurance will cover it! It has to be frustrating nevertheless. Glad to hear that you are hitting the workouts in the midst of your inconveniences. Keep pushing!
