Overall Goal: I used to overall want to get bigger, stronger, and more ripped but now i'm just focusing on getting shredded and then I will be putting on more size after that!

Ever since I was born, I have always had a big frame (9.4 lbs), which is probably why I have been blessed with broad shoulders. The first time I ever witnessed weight lifting was when my Father introduced it to me in the basement of our old house. Seeing him bench changed my life forever. My friends have always told me that I have an athletic body, which is because of my martial arts backround in Shotokan Karate (Purple Belt, 2nd place tournament winner). I did a little weight training for the first time during Freshman year football in High School. I was 14 years old and 190 lbs. playing Defensive Tackle. I quit football my Sophmore year, and didn't start serious weight lifting till I was a Junior. I grew a lil bit taller during that time period(6 ft.)and lost weight from being a husky 190 pounder to a super skinny 170 lbs. at the age of 17 years old. However I didn't start taking supplements till I was 19. In my profile pic I am about 185-190 pounds of muscle, but since then I have broken my hand and didn't work out until a couple of months ago. I was 200 lbs. in my B4 pics. Now I am 180 lean, but do not know my current body fat index.
Why I Love It:
I love being fit and healthy. I enjoy the feeling of being "PUMPED UP"! I love noticing my body transform with more detail, size, strength, ect. It's great to see muscles on your body that you never even knew you had!
How I Stay Motivated:
Women.
BB Accomplishments:
I have never competed but the idea of Natural Bodybuilding has my interest.

Goal (Long):
This month I am going to continue to loose fat. I got my BFI test done a little while back and I was between 13-15%. After this month I will get the same test done but in December I plan on getting the most accurate BFI test there is! Then I will offically know where I stand, looks like i'm goin under water haha
Today's sess in the gym is dedicated to YOU Trav! For being such an awesome cheerleader! When I feel like quitting I'll push out extra reps for YOU! Thanks for the support luv!
