Started to lift for injury prevention in soccer, and then i started to like lifting more than soccer so i stuck to lifting

Dont just do stuff that will make girls happy. Even if you dont like doing something do it. It will probably be beneficial.
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I only did abs and biceps.
