Actually, yeah! I used to get that a lot more when my hair was darker. I even had a few come up to me and ask for an autograph. Very flattering but weird too since I wasn't who they thought I was.

Thanks :) Training is going terrible because I haven't been training, hoping to get back into it tomorrow. I have been very lazy and I am sick of being lazy. How's your training going?
Nope not going to parklife. I wouldn't even be able to afford the bus fair there. Maybe in a few years if I start saving now :)
Yea, I've been mixing carbslam with my PWO shake for a couple months now, really enjoying it! Training has been going awesome, shoulder was hurt but is about 99% now, I'll prob put up a progress pic in the next few weeks. How has your training been going, anything new?
I take 5g after. As for my back, I've been stretching out my spine a lot, my new insurance policy doesn't kick until Aug though, so I have to wait until then to go see someone about it
I was sick of always being the skinny kid too, upper body is looking strong with some good definition. What kind of refrigeration do you do is it automotive or commercial type?
I usually stick with the same routine for about a month, followed by a week of all supersets, then change up my regular routine after that week. Never done any carb cycling before.

Honestly I don't really have a set diet or track the total number of fat or carbs...just try to keep it pretty low. Protein I take in about 200-250g per day. I mainly eat chicken, tuna, turkey, lean steak, veggies. Sundays are my cheat day when I don't care about anything and go crazy haha
