Thanks for the kind words, basically just stuck to a good clean diet. 6 meals a day of whole foods "carb cycling" but yeah i am mesomorph so it's tough to even put on weight, and expensive. Dig in bro and train hard!
given that you already look pretty lean, i'd concentrate on ab specific exercises every second day, like cable crunch's, hanging knee raises and lower ab raises ect to develop the core. Also given that you look like a natural ectomorph, keep cardio to a bare minimum. walking a few times a week may be more then enough. other then that, train heavy and eat lots of quality food
thnx yo..i dont do any cardio either, wasted muscle in my opinion.
i make deals where i give out my ab workout if the person reps me on there page..
saying something about stevep78's ab workout and fitnesspoynters.com
u down?
hit me in a pm if so..ill get the ab workout to you tongiht..
Steve
You know I really dont do anything weighted for abs! Between heavy squats and deadlifts and other compound movements, they get hit pretty good in the workout!
While cutting I usually do 25 mins of low intensity after my weights and then I will do 30 mins HIIT on my off days. In the off-season I may do one cardio session a week.
As far as diet goes, I eat a ton in the off-season and moderate while cutting. Calories in the off-season are around 5000 and during cutting I am at about 2500-3000. Carbs are low while cutting and high in the off-season!
Hey thanks a ton for the compliments bro! As far as the lats go, nothing like some good ol pullups. Wide grip and move slow! I also started incorporating some rack chins and those tear my back up. I always use straps for my back movements too! Roman chairs and bicycle maneuver for the abs seems to do well!
