I was in Iraq, and when I wasn't on posts or patrols, I had alot of free time which I eventually dedicated to building my muscles
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling after a good workout, when the muscles you've worked are pumped and you know that after you push through the soreness that you are going to be stronger than ever
How I Stay Motivated:
that's a tough one to answer because for the last 5 or 6 months I haven't been for some reason, but it's time to get back on that horse and lift some iron and get this kid back in to shape
going to gain atleast 10 lbs of muscle and lose the bit of belly fat which has snuck up on me recently
Goal (Long):
I'm starting back in training and I want to get back to my former self which showed almost no body fat, time to jump back onto that horse and lift it! I'm not really going for a bodybuilder physique, just something that I can feel confident with, which is 17" arms, a 28 inch waist, a fairly thick back, and pecs that are as hard as a rock. the set date for this goal is the First of May, hopefully I'll get these goals by then, and feel better about myself. I'm also trying to get my girlfriend into working out with me, as she also wants to get in shape
