I don't even walk around the house with my shirt off cause I don't want my wife and kids to see me and I want to go to the beach and have a great time but I cant cause I sit in the room because its to hot to walk around with all my clothes on, I want to go to the beach without my shirt and I would love to get a big tattoo on my back!
I am doing a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) program to help burn fat and increase performance in the cage. I do different things but no matter what it is I do it as fast and hard as I can for 20sec. then stop for 10sec. until 10 min. is over. It burns 9 times faster in a shorter amount...
I just looked at your newest pictures and see that you have made some very real progress. Way to go. I am sure it was not easy and I congratulate you on your determination.
