I want to make improvements in my body,and start working out.And i fall in love in iron.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I like challenge my self,to be the best in everythink.And also i like to be bigger and stronger than others.

tampateen15 U need to get bigger and older to compete big. Just give it a year don't rush things. I was lucky and blessed with good genetics so I got bigger faster. Your a diffrent bodytype you need to train your weak points Apr 26, 2011 9:29am
