It's the newest Oxygen for September. You should get it at the grocery store any day now. It's a good magazine for basic all body weight workouts that really really work (if you are consistent and if you are eating clean). Good luck and stop by often.
OMG, no way I would never want to get wider. It helps with definition and shape and melting off that excess fat/cellulite. I wish it would be that easy to put on more muscles. Just stick with tons of lunges and step ups. They really work wonders if you do a lot of them and be consistent! Pick up Oxygen Magazine it has tons of leg/butt exercises in there. I do all of them at least twice a week:-)
I do lots and lots of lunges w/ weights, step ups, plie squats, and heavy squatting with straighbar:-)I also run stairs and do hill sprints. It's a lot of work and takes dedication...but it's fun to finally see results.
