Still Before Lifting, 1 Year After Previous Pic - Mirror Shot - 255lbs
I had never lifted weights before this point. I weighed a mere 135lbs and had a terrible diet of Coke and Pizza.
After I hit 260lbs I started to lean out again. In this pic I am 255lbs at around 11% bodyfat I think.

This pic was taken the day before football camp. After lifting for 6 months (not really knowing what I was doing), eating more, and drinking protein shakes I had gained 33lbs and weighed in at 168.

After eating nearly 10,000 calories a day for about 6 months and lifting hard with the football team for a year I gained another 47lbs and weighed in at 215

In the Spring I got up to 245lbs @ 15% bodyfat, but I caught an aweful stomach virus which made me constantly throw-up for a week and I couldn't eat anything. I lost 40lbs in that one week and was down to 205lbs! Fortunately, by eating better and lifting hard again I managed to gained about 20lbs back, but as you can tell I leaned up quite a bit, too.

This is my Abs Pose at the NPC Atlanta 2006. I dieted for only 8 weeks down to 209lbs and unfortunately it shows. Also, I loaded too many carbs that morning so some spilled over and I ended up looking bloated. In addition to that, there were no weights backstage so I could only do a few pushups to pump up!

3 Months after the show I managed to lean up a little more and gain about 10lbs. I was preparing for another show, but later decided not to compete.
