I think the mono has done it's worse, I'm 198# in this pic and starting to feel better. Haven't been to the gym in over a week and a half though. I feel like my arms have shrunk to half their size :/ But right now I'm trying to rest as much as possible so I can recover. I want my guns back!

Arms and shoulders are coming back. Chest is still lagging, we'll take care of that though haha.

This is after my first (back and biceps) workout using Con-Cret by Promera Health. I took 1.5 scoops of it and about 3/4 scoop of N.O. Shotgun about 45 min before my workout. Pumps were amazing and strength levels were excellent. I'm very pleased thus far and am really looking forward to see what future results I get.
