"dropping the pounds very fast, it's a little scary. hoping to get a full 6 pack by christmas. any tips are welcome on how to bring out the lower abs!"

most of my fat loss has been from my stomach area and my back. One bad thing was I felt like after a couple weeks the clenbutrx lost it's strength though, I couldn't really feel the thermogenic effects. luckily my diet was still on point so I kept losing weight. but it still gave me a lot of energy and a feeling of well being. that stuff is like speed man lol. I didn't lose any muscle while on it, just keep your protein up and you'll be good. if anything I've been gaining lean mass.

hey dude things are going pretty well. I'm getting ready to lean out a little these next 4-6 weeks, stepping my cardio and tweaking my diet and lifting routine. how's your training going?

hey thanks man. mostly by keeping my bi/tri workouts as intense as I can, resting 45 sec at most between sets. drop sets are working great too. If I don't get a burn or a pump after a exercise, I'll do something different next time. I can PM you with my arm workout

hey thanks a ton man, most of the results I've been getting are from eating better. it's pretty amazing how big of a role your diet plays. btw your bi's are lookin super jacked. good to hear from you again man

hmm... cardio sessions longer than 30 minutes, in my opinion, are pointless lol. after a certain point your body will eat away at your muscles for energy. it varies from person to person, but 30 minutes is the time I go by. doing 20/30 minutes of interval cardio/sprints is much more effective than jogging for an hour straight. it burns more calories and keeps your metabolism fast for a longer period of time, in my experience at least. and I've read a few articles that support it too.
