Overall Goal: dropping the pounds very fast, it's a little scary. hoping to get a full 6 pack by christmas. any tips are welcome on how to bring out the lower abs!

How I Started:
My friends got me into working out. It just seemed like everyone was doing it and I wanted to try it out and be more confident about the way my body looked. I bought my first small weight set from Academy and started on free weights in my small hot garage. After enduring that for a year or two, I got my first membership at an athletic club close to my house. I switched to LA Fitness in 11/07. I've been working out consistently since I first started (2003) without taking any breaks longer than 4 weeks. I started getting more serious about it after I turned 20.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me grounded, and it's something I measure myself by as a person.
How I Stay Motivated:
Telling myself that no matter what kind of progress I make, it's not good enough. Someone is always gonna be stronger or better than me.
BB Accomplishments:
Flat bench 365# while keeping ass on the bench

Goal (Long):
What's the point in having awesome arms and shoulders if you have a gut? Bottom line: lose the mid section fat and get some abs for once while still working on getting jacked everywhere else.
LOL. Good point. I should put my real goal up there. "If my wife every leaves me I will pork one (possibly more if the opportunity arises) fat, ugly bitch a day, unitl the day I die...And if I go to heaven, I will continue the streak up there." Looking lean and mean, BTW.
Hey there! The workouts have been a bit irregular due to some unavoidable reasons...but I haven't gained any weight during this time so it's still good..you're looking pretty cut...honestly speaking I like the bulked version of you :)
Hey Josh! Your chest and shoulders are growing quickly. I see you're sporting the same "battlescars" I did. Stretchmarks are a sign of swift progress. If you ever decide to get rid of them, try "Bio Oil". It's a product my wife used during her pregnancy and it's amazing how well it works at reducing stretchmarks. You're looking great, man. Keep up the good work. When you get shredded, your going to be scary.
thanks bro let me know how the 2nd time around works for you. im probaly gunna start it in a couple of weeks, the only thing i was afraid of was loosing strength cuz i jus got alot stonger haha but ill let u kno how it goes, gunna start tryin for the 6 pack for the first time in my life lol. thanks again bro for the feedback

I'm so focused like a laser beam on my shoot in four days that I can't concentrate on anything else. After Saturday my blogs will return with a vengeance. You and me got off to a kind of rocky start there, didn't we? LOL.
Training is going ok man. Not where I want to be at right now but it will have to do since Im really busy with school. Im trying to maintain this weight that Im at right now because I tend to loose muscle mass quick. I try to watch my diet and eat foods with high calories but with low fat percentage. Once this semester is over Im going to try and get back on track.(I cant wait haha!!)
sounds like a great routine. if you can pm your routine that would be the answer. i try to rotate through routines as much as I can. anytime i can score a new program is a good day. thanks man. you rock.
