Overall Goal: The most important workout is the next. Bust my ass like every workout is my last, and wherever that mentality takes me then so be it.

When I Started:
2003
How I Started:
My friends got me into working out. It just seemed like everyone was doing it and I wanted to try it out and be more confident about the way my body looked. I bought my first small weight set from Academy and started on free weights in my small hot garage. After enduring that for a year or two, I got my first membership at an athletic club close to my house. I switched to LA Fitness in 11/07. I've been working out consistently since I first started (2003) without taking any breaks longer than 4 weeks. I started getting more serious about it after I turned 20.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me grounded, and it's something I measure myself by as a person.
How I Stay Motivated:
Telling myself that no matter what kind of progress I make, it's not good enough. Someone is always gonna be stronger or better than me.
BB Accomplishments:
Flat bench 365#

The most important workout is the next. Bust my ass like every workout is my last, and wherever that mentality takes me then so be it.
Goal (Long):
I can't decide whether to go for the big numbers or just to go for the juiced look and not care if I can't lift a lot. Maybe I'm not ready to decide. For now I'm just going to train with higher intensity and more focus than anyone else in my gym and make them stare wondering what the hell kind of sh*t am I on. I already turn some heads, but I want to turn them all. Yeah, that sounds like a good plan. Wherever that takes me, whether it's big numbers or just an awesome body, then so be it.
To me, this guy has the ideal physique. Strong, ripped, but not the gross unnatural look that a lot of bodybuilders have. Definitely what I'm shooting for long term. What's even more impressive is how fast he got there.
So this monday I ordered this creatine powder by Promera Health called Con-Cret. It's supposed to be really awesome stuff. It's conjugated creatine so it absorbs much better than regular creatine monohydrate, even PH buffered creatine like Kre-Alkalyn, and ester bonded creatine. They did lab...
sounds like a great routine. if you can pm your routine that would be the answer. i try to rotate through routines as much as I can. anytime i can score a new program is a good day. thanks man. you rock.
Oh, I'm so afraid of that shi.t of time, dude. When I get past 45 minutes in the gym I start to freak out lol Cortizol eating away my muscles! NO! lol I wish I could have another time to do cardio! Like... in the morning. But this bitch life is so full of stuff to do... Funny you mentioned HIIT cardio. I do exactly this, on a bike, some 20 minutes. It's a killer : p
Diet is the best way to gain mass. No processed products, foods, pills. But sometimes good results come from them if used right. Amazing transformations. You have such a thin muscular waist! Your diet must be really nice so you can't store fat around that! Keep up the good work! Yes... now I know, declined chest sucks lol. Do you know any other stuff that is pointless too?
I see that you use Optimum products...My biggest natural friends use 'em! Dude, I'm starting a new phase on my bb life. I was stuck on a plateau. I've changed my diet, training. I'm gaining mass on my legs. I've been working out for 5 years, but 'till I get here and meet some amazing people like you I was lacking energy to change.
It's happening. I wanna get my legs and back bigger and get by bf to lower than 10%. I'm doing some new exercises that I don't even know that existed. Power cleans, hang cleans.I discovered that declined chest exercise is a waste of time lol and lots of things more. You look so great! But what about you… What would you like to improve?
Yea I highly recommend CLA for that stubborn fat. I have noticed the fat come off a lot easier since I started it, add in a little extra cardio and it will melt off. I also take a little caffiene and green tea in the morning which helps too...Keep at it you will be back in no time.
