How I Started:
I started when I think I was watching worlds strongest man on telly and decided that even if I wasn't ever going to get that big, I could get a decent body, unlike 95% of the people that I know that just can't be bothered to stand out and look amazing.
Why I Love It:
I love to see the difference it can make to my body and to see the pictures before and after. Also I like the over all stress relief it gives me and the burning sensation after a good workout is such a buzz for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just think of all the hard work that I have put into it, the result I can get if I carry on and just thinking how much better I will look than the other people that don't try.
BB Accomplishments:
My biceps have been my main focus at the moment, but as they become bigger they make the rest of my body out of preportion and making me look un balanced, so I change my targets.

Goal (Long):
Since I can remember I have been watching Worlds Strongest Man, Body Builders and other sports such as these and wished I could be like them, and the last couple years I have finally decided that I couldn't just sit on my arse and dream about it, I was going to get out there and make a name for myself.
My short term goal is to gain some weight so I can have something to cut for next year, my long term goal is to get into the NPC for the Teens section in 2010.
Look out guys... I'm going to be big!.. I hope!
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Just imagine the energy rush I'm going to get from pumping! I love the pump feeling, it's so satisfying to know you are doing it properly.
Also I Think of things that make me happy to increase my mood and energy levels, making the gym an easier place to work out for me as I go in feeling clear, rather than going in angry and making a mess of the whole work out!Just imagine the energy rush I'm going to get from pumping! Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
No
Why or why not?
I don't find the need to tell them, as long as I know what my goals are, I can reach them, I may tell my gym partner, so he can shout it in my ear to get me moving!

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Make a long term goal!
If you want to get into a competition really badly but keep falling at the final hurdle, plan for one a couple years in advance and train for it! You'll be alot bigger in those couple years than in the couple months you decide you want to go this year! Plan for the future!Make a long term goal!

Easter holidays, and no form of transport to the gym... No excuse as of next friday though!
Taking my CBT so I will be able to ride my moped, yes a moped, to the gym.

Thanks for the comments! I'm still working on it. Right now I've got a mild ac joint injury in my shoulder so the weight training is off for a couple weeks. One day I'd like to get abs like yourself. To be 15 again! Good luck with your goals!
