I saw "pumping iron 2, the women" and I knew: I wanna look like that!

I love the sore muscles after every workout and I love to look better than many 20 year olds in a thong :-)).

Ich erkläre die Diät auf Englisch; it is like a low carb diet, just you don´t go that low. In 3-day cycles you eat medium carbs one day, low carbs the next, and zero carbs the next and then back to medium. It gives you the benefits of a low carb diet without having to feel bloody tired and bad tempered all the time you see? it´s low enough but without exageration. So ist es mit dem Schulter, mann muss viel Geduld haben :( Ich mache im Moment carb cycling Diet...ich hoffe ich verliere etwas fett und meine abs werden super ripped!
