Fit Status:
Yeeeeeesssss, 94k500 !!!!! I'm so happy !!!! That's give me more motivation to continue my "body challenge" ^_^
I have began sport very young. I was skiing at 3 years old and ever swim. Later I have done gym, claimbing, windsurf, vtt and ju-jitsu. So, I know that I have a sport's potential,it's genetic.
I have had the chance to find a great fitness club near my village. It's a "family atmospher" in this fitness. No problems if you are overweight, people don't look at you if you are an ET.
Great fitness, motivation and good diet, I have all in my hands to reach my goal.
Why I Love It:
With bodybuilding and cardio I can see my body change day after day. It's a incredible feeling and satisfaction.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's not very easy, but I find a lot of motivation in Bodybuilding.com. I read articles and look what the others peoples doing to be better. I find inspiration too in differents Bodyspaces.

261,8lbs (119kg) -> I take a lot of weight after a very bad time in my private and professionnal life. I try a lot of diet, but without sport. So I was loosing weight, but it's come again and more, the classical yo-yo effect.
210.1lbs (95,5kg)
1st month with addition of two session of cardio and food program Weight Watchers.
I am very motivated by the obtained results. My metabolism is reacts positively.
My short goal is now to continue on this way and arrive to 90kg. ^_^

Goal (Long):
My goal is 76kg, maybe 75kg -> It will be hard and long, but I can do it !
I like to be proud of my body, to be proud of me and find back harmony in my life. This is a big challenge and bodybuilding/fitness will help me to realize it. ^_^
It has been one year to the day since I began my "body challenge". During this year, I had good and bad moments, but I have never lost sight of my short term goals and final goal. I know that I have already made a quite a good way and I am proud of me.
