I've always played sports as far back as I can remember. Everything from track and soccer when I was 4 to basketball to high school softball. I even picked up volleyball and flag football in college! So maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle has always been a part of my life, but I'm wanting to try different things now.
Why I Love It:
To preserve the sexy! ha ha ha... Actually I take pride in everything I do, which means maintaining an appearance that makes me confident. I feel 127.67% better after every workout, so I've gained this addiction to it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Definately the fitness magazines. Everytime I see a girl with the abs I want or the shoulders that run into a phenomenal back, I hit the gym that much harder. And my workout partners; without them I would never workout chest.

lol wahoo u figured it out... Nothin too serious i just ****ed my stomach up pretty bad talked to my dr the other day ive just torn it up pretty bad with the protein... I wasn't processing it right..
