I want to gain 10-15 lbs. of muscle and be as fit as possible.
Goal (Long):
I want to enhance my upper body strength, core strength, and also increase my mile run time. I am training to complete the Idaho POST fitness standards.

Description: I am performing my typical "at home" upper body workout. Using this routine I have gone from performing 15 pushups on the perfect pushups to 30 and also from 6 pullups to 10 pullups in about two months time.
I am focusing on bodyweight training at the moment so that I might be able to pass my physical fitness test to be a police officer. Although it is simple at the moment this is my routine:
Day 1 - Monday, Wednesday, Friday
