How I Started:
I got started for a few reasons. I think the idea of a 6pack be, but who doesn't. I also wanted to hopefully make it to our schools record board for my weight class at my school. My friend also got into it with me for similar reasons, but has yet to take it to the extent that I have been.
Why I Love It:
Just my mindset when I'm working out, and the feelings of accomplishment when I reach my goals.

Goal (Long):
I would like to get to 10% or lower body fat. I would like to have a visible 6-pack. Overall i would to increase my strength considerably and be able to visibly see the difference
