Sweettraveler Yesterday I decided to start the 12 week lean body daily trainer with Lee Labrada. Here I go...one day at a time.

 Starting new plan today!!! Labrada 12-Week Lean Body Daily Trainer Pretty excited, love how working out makes me feel. It's exciting when I'm at work and all I can think about is going  to the gym afterwards and love my days off so I can have a good workout at home!

Sweettraveler joined the Labrada 12-Week Lean Body Daily Trainer BodyGroup.

Reason I joined this BodyGroup: Keeps me motivated and on track. Lee's training schedual seems like a workout program that I can stick to. I'd like to loss body fat and get strong. Also appreciate all the tools and tips available to help us succeed! Daily encouragment :) Members: 3842

Sweettraveler created a new BodyBlog entry "New year, New ME...New goals!".

So as January rools around I'm very excited...it's been almost a year since I started this new lifestyle change. Yes I didn't acheive all my goals but I did have a rewarding year. I've lost some body fat% and some weight and look much more toned. I've managed to keep it off all year without too much flactuation. As of January 2013, I've increase my cardio... 3 times a week 30 minutes plus ( usually do about 45 mins.) 1 time a week 1hr cardio **plus still strenght training approx. 30-45... Go to BodyBlog

Sweettraveler I'm really liking the program, I had a bad week, but that's over!!! I'm getting back into the game, trying to get re-motivated. Happy with transformation so far and excited to measure again in a few weeks. I think I need to visit this site more frequently to stay motivated. I'll be re-doing week 6, cause I feel I could gave it some more..., I'll feel better in the end. This is going to be more then just 3 months program, this has to become a lifestyle. stephrachelle I'm ok :) I'm doing a harder workout. It's on this site still but doubling everything and eating 1,200 calories a day. you'll be fine just look at calories and bring some weights with you :) Apr 26, 2012 1:00pm

stephrachelle well I flew to California yesterday n I have no way of weight lifting which sucks because ill be here for two weeks. a lot of ppl are doing the meal plan. ill have to start it when I get home. for now ill just run. my friend takes pills but I'm too scared Apr 5, 2012 12:44am

acmf1177 I figured I would also post pics after the challenge.. I need to feel more confident before I do. I'm trying not to weigh myself too.. Only on Mondays. I haven't lost anymore weight after that 5 lbs drop. But I measured and I've lost over an inch off my butt!! So must be working.. Muscle build-fat loss... So I'll take it! Mar 29, 2012 9:25am

acmf1177 Also, I plan on updating my weight status every Monday. I started the program on a Monday, so I'm considering Monday's to be my weigh in days. I took measurements and pictures that first day too. I don't know that I'm ready to post the pics, but I need to take the time to post measurements. It's good to see the progress!! acmf1177 We went to a Mexican food restaurant for dinner.. I got a chicken burrito with no cheese or sour cream, and then just at the beans, rice and chicken out of the middle. I didn't eat the tortilla. This may have not been the best option but I was really short on Calories, so I figured that it wouldnt hurt too much. No weight gain today! :) And NO popcorn or candy or soda at the movie. So I think I did ok. Mar 27, 2012 4:52pm

acmf1177 Thank you! The first week was fairly easy for me with the eating and the exercise. I think it's going to be tough once we hit phase 2 and 3. But I'm looking forward to the challenge! I'm going to dinner with friends tonight and then to a movie. I'm stressing over what I'm going to eat at dinner. This is the first time that I've had to consider that.
