Starting new plan today!!! Labrada 12-Week Lean Body Daily Trainer Pretty excited, love how working out makes me feel. It's exciting when I'm at work and all I can think about is going to the gym afterwards and love my days off so I can have a good workout at home!
Reason I joined this BodyGroup: Keeps me motivated and on track. Lee's training schedual seems like a workout program that I can stick to. I'd like to loss body fat and get strong. Also appreciate all the tools and tips available to help us succeed! Daily encouragment :) Members: 3842
So as January rools around I'm very excited...it's been almost a year since I started this new lifestyle change. Yes I didn't acheive all my goals but I did have a rewarding year. I've lost some body fat% and some weight and look much more toned. I've managed to keep it off all year without too much flactuation. As of January 2013, I've increase my cardio... 3 times a week 30 minutes plus ( usually do about 45 mins.) 1 time a week 1hr cardio **plus still strenght training approx. 30-45... Go to BodyBlog
