Hi love! Ahh its been forever it seems. Things are going great here...very excited for Thanksgiving :) Training is good! The only thing is I've been getting cramps in my stomache like everytime I run now which is really frustrating because I have to stop. How are things with you?
I'm not a baby until you come and rob my cradle! ;) Yea, it is exciting and a huge load off my shoulders. I was getting depressed because of it. That and girls are depressing sometimes. I will have a party once I get it all straight and my roomies in there.
My parents came down last weekend for my birthday which isn't until the 27th. This year I will be working the next 7 days starting tomorrow. :( 25 is going to be worst then 23 and 24 was lol. Not in the gym currently but I plan to change that ASAP. I found out yesterday my house hunting has paid off and my 4th house offer was accepted. Stress is gone and gym here I come.

To reply to your comment on legs...thats why I decided to go on a 4 day plit routine...becasue I tend to avoid doing legs... but I know I need to do it...lol. When I see more growth in my legs im sure I will be more encouraged to do it!! You look great by the way...keep it up... Its poeple like you that encourage people like me...Guess we all win that way!
Hey Im doing great!! I started a new 4 day split routine and Ive started on some new suppliments for about a week now.... I soooo friggen excited becasuse I was stuck at 206 for a while now. But in the past week I have went up to 209...I love it!
A little absent?! You been off the face of the earth absent! lol I've been well...you know, just walking around flexin on little kids scaring them...the usual. Training is going hella well, strength and size are up every session. How about you, any prog updates?
