I want to maintain and tone my lower half!!!!
Goal (Long):
I want to get into competition shape even though I will most likely chicken out. I dieted down and have already gained another 3-4 lbs in LBM. I have about 22% body fat and am looking to drop it to be competition ready at 10%, while maintaining muscle, this means losing around 15 lbs. That seems like an extreme amount to me but I've done the math and unless I've gotten bogus bodyfat information, that's how it works out. Incorporating 30 minutes of cardio at the end of each workout should bring this about very easily. I need to get some calipers in order to get a better reading on my BF% to see where I'm at.
