5 sets of 5 or 4 sets of 6-8

If im maxing out trying to set PR's
till i feel fully recovered between sets.
If not that, then till i catch most of my breath to get the most out of the set.

haha for sure man, I take creatine and protein thats about it. I think alot of it is when you take a substance like that it gives you a valid reason to get better cause other people saw results, kind of a placebo type affect. if we were smart we'd get in on that :D

yea I just graduated from college, i was D2 all american, I got hurt every yr except this last year. I went 100 in 10.71, 200 in 21.59, 60 in 6.92 our 4x1 went 40.28. Your times look good, keep working and stay motivated.
