I am looking to transform my body; tighten, tone, and cut up for a really sleek look.
Goal (Long):
I am 5'8" and just slightly off where I wish my desired weight/ body to be. I am currently 156lbs (NOT as important to me as appearance) and wear between a size 7-9 depending on style of jeans. I would love to tighten and tone it all so that nothing that isn't supposed to jiggle, jiggles anymore. I do Cardio and weight resistance training 5 days a week and am currently taking VPX Meltdown...

sorry to hear about the weather but that is N.Y for you! Great cardio training log there, that HIIT might switch it up for you a bit as well. I did HIIT last night on the Elliptical so pretty good for a Sat. night!

if ur knees are good sounds like they are, start w/treadmill or outdoor running (no grade - flat), u r doin 2 mins. intervals, wrk up to no more than 20 mins., walk at mod. pace 2 mins., then goal is to run at your fastest pace 2 mins., bck and forth you are doin this moving through the 20 mins., finish w/a 5 min cool down. don't be upset if you don't get this the 1st time, the goal is to get better, no more 3 x's/wk. u can go w/2 due to ur sched.
HIIT will definetly not bulk you up one bit and w/this martial arts training u r doin, it's all cardio/aerobic intensive so you need to up ur V02max as muc as possible.
Hudson? but it looks too clean & refreshing!!....lol Tip: switch up ur cardio prog. w/some HIIT. U can do this 3x's/wk. (no more than that), treadmill or outside is fine but if you have knee injuries, do not do this, stick w/lower impact.
Tell me about it, my weight jumps all over the place, from 100-104 and anywhere in between, anywhere throughout the day! I've GAINED weight in doing this, but my bodyfat has gone down even further!
