How I Started:
I turned 30 and realized I didn't want to be overweight health problem statistic so, I took control of my life and started to eat healther, got a gym membership and read all that I could about working out. The rest as they say is history....
Why I Love It:
It gives you extreme confidence and pride in what you have accomplished. I had very little confidence when I started and always felt intimidated in situations but now I feel more sure of myself. It's such a great feeling to be strong and yet still be feminine and sexy. But really it's all about looking great naked!!! lol
How I Stay Motivated:
Honestly...when I look around standing in the grocery store line and see what other people are buying and how they look, it just motivates me to work that much harder to not be or look like them. Sad but true...
