I saw you at the Arnold. My friend competed in the women's lightweight division. She didn't make the top 5 though. I saw you in the pre-judging and the finals. I didn't get an opportunity to say hi to you, but you did great! Congratulations on your win! You looked great!

Did you use to go see him in Columbus? Good luck in May! I'm helping my friend get ready for the Arnold Amateur in Columbus Feb. 29-Mar. 2. That should be a good time. Right now I am just focusing on putting on some more lean muscle.

Yeah, Mike Davies is in Columbus, about 2 hours south of me. I've gone to a few of the shows he's put on. When is your FAME comp?

Probably the NPC Natrual Northern in Lakewood, OH. It's only about an hour from where I live. And then I'll be looking into other shows that would be around that time frame. I would hate to diet for just one show! And I'm definitely wanting to do the World Police and Fire Games in 2009 - that's a "long" term show goal though. =)

Thanks! I was thinking April, but I'm hoping to be in going through a Fire Academy by then and dieting would be out of the question. So probably the fall.
