Back in the days, in High School, I was really thin (122lb at 179cm/5'9).
As my career in sales started 1998 I also decided to put on some mass. As a first mentor I had Martin Munge, a Swedish bodybuilder who won the Swedish Championship in bodybuilding back in 1987.
I got hooked...
Four years later I was bigger, 206lb and had actually lost som height (!) to 177cm/5'8.
2003/2004 I reached the best shape I've ever been in, 183lb at 11 bf%.
Why I Love It:
As I always been a winner and hate to loose I´ve learned to work with setting goals and reaching them, it´s especielly necessery in my work. I soon realised that building muscles was the same. To set goals and to reach them...
And the feeling when you progress, when you transform your body is the same as winning.
That´s why I love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
It´s easy. Just to look in the mirror and compare with the goal and the picture of the "future me" that is in my mind.
Of course, pro bodybuilders and other fit people is also inspiring me.
BB Accomplishments:
To take back some of the mass I lost the last years and to get down 10 bf%.

This was taken just when I decided to get back to the gym again. I had lost so much muscle that I really felt like shit looking in the mirro. And felt like shit also, I guess. To have seen your self loose so much muscle, loose your body, it's a horrible feeling...
My goal is to take back some of what I lost and to
prevent me from the stress from my work.
Goal (Long):
I was getting somewhere a couple of years ago and got a body to be proud of. My dedication to my work and the company I own has erased the body I built and replaced it with a tiny stick with fat on... =/
Now it's time to take some of muscles back.
I want to put on lean mass. I think 18 lb's would be great at the moment, not to much in this first phase of mine.
Regarding the bf% my goal is to get below 10 bf%, a goal I've never have reached before.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 18 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
9%

Thanks for the kind words my friend! I have competed in the states many times but have grown a bad taste in my mouth for competitions due to the politics and subjectiveness of the sport. My future goals are to teach what learned over 24 years of experience and send the message out to everyone that you don't need drugs to build a great physique!
I should say cities, let's see I did Barcelona, Rome, Florence, Venice, Berlin, London, Paris, Athens, and Santorini. Wow! that is a lot! But it was awesome and it was like being on the amazing race!

I have my degree in Biology, and my courses were based upon nutrition and human anatomy; whereas, Josh is way more knowledgeable on the actual physical training side of health. So my idea has to do with combining the both in a few pretty cool ways. But I can't give you too much detail yet!! =)
never really used my danish, so i'm very very basic at it. I speak english with my family... never lived in Denmark, so i forgot most of it!
Did a huge legs session today...probably going to regret it tomorrow... will have to take the lift!
maybe once the plan starts getting in motion, i'll give you a lil detail! =) education wise, my boyfriend and i are from very different backgrounds, so it really is all about incorporating both sides to the business! the ideas are a lil scattered and all over the place, but once we sit down and have a real plan, i'll let ya know!
Hey there..and thank you for the kind words! Oh yes! The glutes are toast today from all the lunges yesterday...LOL I'm afraid at my job interview tonight, that I am going to be walking funny.....LOL Have a great weekend;)

Carl, buddy! Thanks for the info! I like those, and when I get my body in complete shape like I want, I will be sporting those! Hopefully this coming summer. Perhaps I pay a visit to spain or greece or stockholm
I never been to Stockholm myself, but hear it a nice place! You'll have to show me the hot spots if I ever come up your way!
If the views are anything like the pictures on your blog the other day, I need to get there much sooner! LOL!
