so I just left the gym, finishing my first day of HIIT. I did my five minute warm up on the bike then streached and did 12 minutes of 1min reg intensity followed by 20 secs of high intensity. in about 1 months time I hope to be on 30 sec HI followed by 30 LI for about 15...
