I first started working out because my dad pushed me to better myself. Then I started working out for football, and decided to workout to build my muscle mass, and strenght for my own personal reasons too.
Why I Love It:
I want to better myself, I like the feeling that I get when people notice the changes and results I recieve from workouts, and I want to succeed in football.
How I Stay Motivated:
I see results, and I notice that my bench went up, or my triceps have more definition, or my lats are beginning to spread. So I work harder for even better results, just constantly trying to be a little bit better than I am right now.

You won't add 20 pounds of PURE muscle by next football season. Any time you gain muscle you actually gain muscle,fat,water, and glycogen.
Oh and you're not 6.6% bf. You must be using the machines wrong or they're messed up. Pro bodybuilders compete at 4%.
