Haha! My legs aren't as sore as I thought they would be. It was still a tough workout. I try to get in 3 full bodys a week so that tends to keep my soreness to an easily tolerable level. Go tear it up!

This is a new week, so get after it! Too bad about the toe, something always seems to trip up progress. I had a good workout Saturday, kind of proud of my 5x5 at 225 on squats. Not a lot of weight but it about put me down.
