How I Started:
I have always been active. I started doing sports in middle school... running, soccer and basketball. In high school I did gymnastics and finally went to state my senior year. Now I'm a mother and wife who has an interest in working out and keeping healthy & fit.
Why I Love It:
I don't necessarily "love" working out, but I do love the way it makes me feel so I guess that is what keeps me going back for more!
How I Stay Motivated:
Honestly, I don't want to be over 115 lbs so whenever I see that scale slipping up I know I need to stop eating the crap and get off my lazy bum.
BB Accomplishments:
I guess my biggest accomplishment would be losing all the weight after my pregnancy. I got up to 156lbs, and within 6 months I was back down to under 115.

I don't really "monitor", but I do check it from time to time out of curiosity.

I aim for a high heart rate. That means I'm working hard.

What is your cardio exercise plan?
Walk a few miles, run for as long as I can stand, walk, run some more, cool down. Occasionally I do the bike or elliptical just to supplement my running and to switch up my routine.

I would love to go to Rome!!! I loved Italy. Germany is great and I wouldn't mind a trade. Europe is amazing! How long have u been in Italy? Is your hubby in the AIr Force or Army? I am Army. :)

Ive been in sicily for about 19 months now. Im alone here and my son is in the states :( it sucks!! but i love this place actually except for the fact its like a high school haha. Yes yes i am i am in the Navy a Seabee. stationed in Sigonella, WOW thats awesome im actually frequently going to naples, i love the gym there, they actually have chaulk hahaha. i like the gym there and the NEX is WAYYYY better than here!
Not at all the point is to switch it up..you need to constantly change up your routine for abs(thats usually where i come in) your abs are like running...when you first run alot, your legs hurt but after a while, they dont, they get stronger, you get faster, and leaner....abs are the same...
